The cut-off rule

    Your last day

    Every tipster's slips for that UTC day are unlocked.

  2. Step 2

    00:00 UTC

    Access ends at midnight UTC after your pass's last day.

  3. Step 3

    Late bets

    If that day's last bet is still running, that day's tips stay visible until it finishes. Nothing else does.

Access ends at 00:00 UTC after your pass's last day, or after that day's last bet has finished if that is later. During that extension only the last day's tips stay visible. The Yearly plan is a 12-month commitment billed monthly.

Questions

When does my access end?

At midnight UTC at the end of your pass's last day. If a tip from that day is still being played after midnight, your access to that day's tips continues until the last bet has finished.

What does the Day Pass cover?

All tips published for the UTC day on which you buy it. Buying late in the day still gives you that day only.

What if I buy a pass while one is active?

Passes stack — the new pass starts when your current access ends, so you never lose days.

How does the Yearly plan work?

It is a 12-month commitment billed in 12 monthly payments. Each payment unlocks the following month. If a payment fails, access stops at the end of the last paid month.

Can I get a refund?

Because tips are digital content delivered immediately, you'll be asked to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout. See our Refund Policy for details.
